Carter Capner offers an in-home service by trained personnel to assist borrowers in the correct completion of all loan documents and forms that are required in all types of loan transactions.

At competitive fixed rates, our Documents Officers will guide clients through signing and completing finance documentation, usually in their own homes.

We take the responsibility of ensuring borrowers complete finance documentation correctly and supply insurance certificates etc. When needed, we liaise with outgoing mortgagees to have their security released and make sure that the finance side of property transactions does not delay completion.

The work we do is on the instructions of the borrower and not for the Mortgage Broker, Financial Adviser or Lender.

Our goal is to take away much of the stress associated with the finance side of property deals and to remove delays that lender requirements often cause.

Our standard sign-up is a documentation only service. Carter Capner however, is a full-service legal office and is also able to provide comprehensive conveyancing (purchase and sales) services on competitive fixed-rate packages for most standard property transactions.
