Charlotte Young - Lawyer

Charlotte Young - LawyerCharlotte started at Carter Capner Law as a part of her Graduate Diploma undertaken at Bond University. She completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Environmental Science) and Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology in 2005. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales as a solicitor in July 2006 and to the Supreme Court of Queensland in the same month.

Charlotte is a member of Carter Capner Law's litigation section. Her areas of practice include consumer claims, Trade Practices matters, economic loss recovery, as well as complex compensation matters. Her career highlights include successfully defending serious criminal charges brought against clients, a groundbreaking application to the District Court to clarify parties' disclosure obligations, and integral involvement in large scale litigation arising out of failed investments.

She is a member of the Australian Lawyers' Alliance.
