Ruth started work at a Sydney law firm some 20 years ago. She started on reception and soon moved her way up to the role of discharge clerk, looking after some 400 files at a time. Ruth moved to Brisbane in 1993 and worked various roles in the securities section of Citibank. She then moved on to the Consents and Caveats area with a Brisbane law firm looking after various banks and building society consents to leases and sub divisions, etc. Ruth has been managing mortgage document signup processes for over 6 years.

Ruth's interests include keeping fit at the gym, spending time with family, shopping, walking, reading, looking after four pets, going to the beach and fixing up her house.
