Sean graduated with a Diploma of Law through Sydney University (S.A.B.) in 1995.

With more then 20 years experience in almost all facets of the law - in Queensland, interstate and overseas - Sean brings a wealth of 'know-how' to Carter Capner.

Sean is particularly interested in protecting individual's and minority interests' rights against abuse by well-resourced adversaries, be they governmental or private.

Sean contributes legal articles for publication by employer associations and is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Queensland Law Society. He also volunteers his legal services to sporting clubs, church groups and the like.

Sean is the honorary legal adviser to the Redcliffe Padres Baseball Club.
