Veronica started in our Administration section and is now an important part of our Client Service section. Her role includes handling a triage of initial inbound phone contacts and deciding in what way Carter Capner Law is best able to assist the caller. Veronica also initiates statutory notification documents and liaises with the hundreds of people every year that come for assistance to Carter Capner Law for the first time.
