Prompt initial home visit

A Carter Capner representative will promptly meet you (at your home in approved cases) to obtain full details of your accident and injury and to answer any concerns you have about how your claim will be conducted.

Expert Supervision

Your case will at all times be conducted under the supervision of one of Carter Capner's three Accredited Personal Injury Specialists.

Guaranteed Fees

Carter Capner guarantees your contribution to the total legal costs and outlays of your claim will not exceed those as provided in our client agreement.

Our no-win no-charge policy, if applicable, will be fully explained at your initial meeting.

Regular Reporting

We will report to you monthly on the progress of your claim.

Accessibility

Our lawyers and litigation assistants will respond to you about your claim related enquiries on the same or next day. For non-legal matters on which you need help we will endeavour to refer you to an appropriate agency for assistance.

Explanations in plain English

We will explain your legal position and all the steps involved in your claim in language you understand.

Regular risk assessment
