An opportunity has arisen for a motivated litigator to join our busy plaintiff personal injury section.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of 5 lawyers and 5 paralegals handling a variety of matters for Motor Accident, Workplace and Premises Liability private clients. The role requires performance of the following:

• Client interview
• Ensuring statutory compliance
• Formulating claims
• Negotiating settlement

We require a well presented, experienced professional who has the ability to prioritise tasks, is attentive to detail, has impeccable client liaison skills and a commitment to excellence.

The position which arises from growth - is resourced with advanced legal technologies in which comprehensive on-job training is provided. It is essential that the applicant be prepared engage as part of a team and to be open to new methods of task performance.

At least 2 years post admission experience and a proven ability to conduct all aspects of Queensland personal injury claims are required

Under the supervision of an experienced property lawyer and in a team headed by the managing partner, this position is resourced with advanced legal technologies in which comprehensive on-job training is provided.

The successful contender will handle a variety of duties:

• Take charge of domestic conveyancing contracts
• Assist with commercial property transactions
• Manage conveyancing & property development database
• Assist with property development documentation
