An opportunity has arisen for a motivated litigator to join our busy plaintiff personal injury section.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of 5 lawyers and 5 paralegals handling a variety of matters for Motor Accident, Workplace and Premises Liability private clients. The role requires performance of the following:

Client interview
Ensuring statutory compliance
Formulating claims
Negotiating settlement

We require a well presented, experienced professional who has the ability to prioritise tasks, is attentive to detail, has impeccable client liaison skills and a commitment to excellence.

An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced legal assistant to work in our Personal Injuries section. Working closely with one lawyer, mentoring and training in the PI field will be provided. The successful candidate will handle a variety of duties such as:

Secretarial support
Preparing court documents, statements and briefs
Booking client medical appointments
Scanning, data entry and billing

We require a well presented legal assistant who is self motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks, be willing to learn, have commitment to excellence and show initiative.

It is essential that the candidate have a good team spirit together with a flexible attitude. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential to this role.
