Your important documents now online - never have to chase copies of documents again!
You can now view all documents we are holding on your behalf in safe custody including Wills, Trust Deeds and Powers of Attorney on-line via LawSpace!
Electronic copies of other documents such as contracts and leases - even if we no longer hold them - can also be viewed on-line at your convenience.
LawSpace registration and password protected on-line access is FREE for all Carter Capner Law clients, past and present.
Have logged on to LawSpace yet? Click on the LawSpace logo on our web site homepage. Then click on "apply now" and complete your details. We will e-mail your password and you're set to go!

Do I have any items in safe custody?
Do you think you have documents in our safe custody facility? Register for LawSpace (see above) and go online to find out and to view the documents we hold.
Please call or e-mail to let us know if any item we are holding is no longer current. We rely on clients to tell us the status of their documents or their family to notify us if a client has died. Providing us with this information ensures that our safe custody facility is up to date.

Safe Custody FREE services
Carter Capner Law charges no fee for holding documents including Wills and Enduring Powers of Attorney in our Safe Custody facility. This service is FREE regardless of whether we hold your document for one year or 20 years. Wills can be permanently viewed and downloaded on-line 24/7 via your FREE membership of LawSpace.
Uplift of original documents
To cover our costs associated with retrieving the document from archives, identifying you and your entitlement to receive the document or a copy, and providing it to you, we charge a fee for uplift and identification of $66.00. If you would like us to send you an original or copy of a document, please download our 
Request to Uplift Achive Documents form, print it, sign it and fax or e-mail it to us.
